Extensive experience in health care management in all settings of senior living, such as Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation with specialization in caring for victims of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Establishing a copyrighted program of care for the Alzheimer's victim called "Stepping Stones' rated as one of the most comprehensive programs in the state. Established criteria and developed a restraint reduction protocol. Developed a state-of-the-art wound care program in the long term care arena. Ms. Semingson has formulated policies and strategies as well as identifying relevant education and social protection for an HIV unit in the long term care setting. Reviewed and established standards of care that meet today's health care settings. Authored a national Resident Services Manual for the assisted living industry. Pro-active in developing and implementing a "safe needle" program for assisted living communities nationwide. Ron Semingson, with over 29 years experience in the Senior Living industry, brings to ASH Geriatrics extensive experience in multi-unit management in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing environments. Internationally recognized leader in the development of senior living programs ranging from Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing services. He has initiated and conducted missions to identify, prepare, appraise and launch health projects and programs. He has conducted technical supervision of on-going senior living projects. Through effective corporate planning, Mr. Semingson has improved systems for career development and staff training. He has been instrumental in defining and supervising the implementation of regulations and procedures. Extensive and progressively responsible experience in senior health and management with a proven track record in design and implementation of national and international health programs.
